No information on this Site creates a client-broker relationship, an agency relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and Aurum Global Logistic unless a formal engagement letter has been signed by both parties.

3. Duty calculator — indicative estimates only

The duty calculator tool on this Site provides indicative estimates of customs duty based on standard BCD, SWS, and IGST rates for selected commodity categories. These estimates:

• Are based on standard tariff rates and do not account for anti-dumping duties, safeguard duties, countervailing duties, or product-specific exemptions.
• Do not reflect FTA preferential rates, which depend on Rules of Origin compliance.
• Do not account for your specific 8-digit ITC-HS classification, which determines the actual applicable rate.
• Do not account for valuation adjustments, SVB loading, or other assessment modifications.
• Are not a substitute for a formal duty assessment by a licensed customs broker or by CBIC.

Actual customs duty is determined exclusively by CBIC's assessment on the filed Bill of Entry. Aurum Global Logistic accepts no liability for any reliance on calculator outputs.

4. Customs brokerage services

Customs brokerage services provided by Aurum Global Logistic are governed by:

• The Customs Broker Licensing Regulations (CBLR) 2018, issued by CBIC.
• A formal engagement letter or service agreement between Aurum Global Logistic and the client, which supersedes any information or estimates on this Site.
• The Customs Act 1962 and the Customs Tariff Act 1975, as amended.

Aurum Global Logistic's CBLR Licence No. is F/CB/Del/2018/0083. Our obligations as a customs broker, including document verification, duty payment coordination, and record retention, are governed by CBLR 2018.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, tool outputs, brand elements, and page structure — is the property of Aurum Global Logistic or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount (if any) paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is lesser.

Tariff rates, regulatory requirements, and PGA conditions change frequently — always verify current requirements with a licensed customs broker before relying on any information found here.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
